About The Borough of Glassboro: Glassboro, with a population of just over 20,000, is located in the heart of Gloucester County, New Jersey. It is 20 miles south of Philadelphia, 20 miles east of Wilmington, DE, 25 miles south of Cherry Hill, 43 miles northwest of Atlantic City and approximately two hours from New York City.
